A new website costs money, and it makes a great deal of sense to get it right so that you see results at the end of the day.

It is a rule of copywriting that the writer should have the audience in mind while writing. But how can we decide who the audience is? This naturally requires some thought and a lot of research. It's important to have a clear idea of who your customers are likely to be. Creating a persona to represent potential buyers is increasingly common. Sometimes more than one persona may be needed before an accurate picture can be established.
