To cut a long story short I decided that it was time someone took action because there is a solid section of our community that would like to see some guidelines put in place.

I'm touched by your concluding lines Patricia. If the world were made of people like yourself, we would have already been a globe empowered in all the right ways. Let's keep striving to better ourselves. I need to change many things, and will work on them one by one. I hope others will do the same.
