Here we are again: on the brink of a brand new year, with every opportunity for success ahead of us. Aside from the fact that SEO and social media are going to be even more important to businesses worldwide in the coming year, I honestly don’t have much in the way of 2013 predictions for you. It’s my personal belief that we don’t need predictions: we can make our own reality if we keep our eyes on the goal and refuse to be thrown off track. And to support that concept, here’s The Number One Super Secret to Getting What You Want in 2013!
My resolution for 2012 was Laser Focus. This worked for me in a big way and I managed to work through several blocks that had been holding me back. But for 2013 I’m on to different things and now my new mantra is “Go for the burn!”
So, I do have some advice for how to make the best of whatever comes your way in the coming year!
These are just a few suggestions that I will use myself to make sure I stay on track in the coming year. When faced with a fork in the road, or a decision, ask yourself a question and follow the formula.
- Would this action be taking you towards your major goals or away from them?
- Don’t overthink it–if it feels right, do it.
- If you made a mistake don’t waste time analyzing or beating yourself up over it. Get back in the saddle and ride like crazy towards the thing that will take you forward.
So, make up your mind to just get out there and go for what you want. Ask, take action, and seek knowledge that will help you on your way. Happy 2013 everyone!
