This domain seems to recieve a large ammount of visitors. How do you get traffic to it? It offers a nice individual twist on things. I guess having something useful or substantial to give info on is the most important factor.

You know what Paddy? I love Twitter and I'd hate it to change, but I don't think it will just because it gets bigger. Each person has his or her own network and you can pick and choose who gets to be included in that network to a much greater extent than elsewhere on the web :)

Hi there,

Nice post on twitter..I've thus far had a good experience with twitter. It is one of the best means of getting updates by the second. Sometimes I feel that there are so many tweets I miss so many of them.

Cheers,
Eddie Gear

I have never quite got the hang of this computer thing. I have just spent ten minutes trying to increase the text size but the window that displays the comment, keeps shifting. Still I can now manage to read the words I'm typing.
Again, your comments about blogging and a new industry. Most people don't yet understan the power of the technology they are dabbling with.
Here in Britain, and again across most of Europe, if not ALL of Europe, this technology means that for the first time in the history of the world, you the people are now in command of daily events.
You will of course, need to appoint or elect people to administer the functions of State. But the Taxation and the funding of Public Services and other necessary State Departments, must be cut down to the lowest possible level.
Never again should the people allow their leaders to ride roughshod over them as they have done these last fifty years.
Quite a few people realise that this technology is capable of altering the normal flow of business and trade. But how many realise it also allows people to by-pass much of the worlds Legislature with the transfer of information. In fact, the BIA. is now out of a job.
Many politicians, Governments and International Organisations still insist that Globalisation is the order of the day. Even though the Global Economy is on its knees.
That is why I belive, it is time for the "ordinary" people to assert their claim to the power to insist that the Elected Members of a Democracy should obey the Electors. Now, if the Electors County by County, insist that the Servants of the County obey the direction of that Counties Electors,by reducing the Power base to the lowest station, you the Taxpayer and the Electors will have control of youe servants.
Enough for now, Regards, ATFlynn, "Norfolk's Mutineer"

The worst thing about Twitter is that it's a major time waster. Some people feel the need to engage in 30 conversations a day (95% of which are frivilous), and when when you multiply that by 10 friends, 50 friends, 200 friends...it becomes a huge cluster-you-know what to try to keep up with. So it's either spend a couple of hours scouring through the tweets of everyone you're following, or virtually abandon reading them altogether.
